External Living | Private Pool & BBQ This captivating home lays in 700m² outdoor area - with 50m² lawn area and is embellished with a 65m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep), a six-seater, heated Spa Whirlpool, as well as special children’s pool compartment (0,60 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers & Bali beds before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Electric BBQ & Sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge area with fire pit is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun sink into the ocean. With outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. *The pool features a saltwater biological cleaning system, with no chlorine, which makes it gentler on the eyes and skin during use. *The total water coverage - including the Pool, Spa Whirlpool & children’s pool - is 95m². Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 79°F subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | $87/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 77°F or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated at two single armchairs that are both convertible to a single bed with real mattress, and can be placed either at the specially designed open plan lounge area of the first floor (featuring also a 32’ Smart TV), or at one of the bedrooms of the first floor, or at the main living room area of the ground floor.
