Welcome y’all! Our spacious 1,101 Sqft. loft is situated in an unbeatable location if you’re looking for that quintessential Honky Tonk, Country Music experience. Located above Boot Barn, this is the perfect home base in the center of all the action. Broadway is bustling all year round, however the heavy duty brick walls keep the loft quiet between your Nashville adventures. See below for more details. There is a lot of information below. ✭ You’re staying in 1 out of only 4 lofts in the entire building! Super private haven in the middle of Broadway! LOFT #201: As soon as you walk into the building, LOFT #201 sits right at the top of your first flight of stairs. LOFT #201 has 1 private bedroom with a King size bed and en suite full bathroom. A half bath is located in the hallway. (see photos). In the living room, there is a raised section where Zen meets Glam and there are two twin beds. In the lower part of the living room, there is a pull out Queen sofa bed . Lots of options to choose from for sleeping! As you can see in the photos, 201 boasts high ceilings and a spacious kitchen with bar seating. The space is the perfect home base for your stay as you’re literally in the middle of everywhere you’d want to visit. (Please read more below for parking and more info) **There is an additional $200 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.** Please note: exterior cameras are used for safety and property protection. 🧍🏽‍♂️ Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay. 🎥 Exterior Video Cameras for Safety 🎈 Decorations No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream! NO decorations on Wallpaper! Please remove all decorations before departure 🎉 We have a ZERO tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go. 🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. 🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way! 🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy! ⏰Early Check-In & Late Check-Out An early check-in (as early as 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (up to 5:00 p.m.) must be pre-arranged. If you want to know how far my lofts are located from your points of interest, just enter "Boot Barn" on Broadway Ave. as my location and you’ll have a very accurate time/distance when entering into any sort of digital map or GPS. NO FREE PARKING. The closest parking lot is on 4th and Broadway. Highly recommended that you not rent a car unless you’re wanting to venture outside of Nashville. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are the best way to get around! I have some promo codes at the lofts for free first rides if anyone in your group is a first time Uber or Lyft rider - so make sure to download the apps before you arrive! ** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!! This loft is not a street view loft, the windows open up to the alley. NO FREE PARKING. The closest parking lot is on 4th and Broadway.
