<p>Villa Tintorer is situated at the foot of the Boquer valley behind Puerto Pollensa in the residential area called Siller.</p>
<p>A charming little traditional villa that offers a lush private lawned garden with mature trees that offer privacy from the few surrounding properties.</p>
<p>There is a covered off road parking spot and then the refreshing pool is situated to the front of the house, with sun beds and parasol for the holiday sunbathing.</p>
<p>The ample shaded porch is furnished with comfy sofas and a table and chairs for relaxing and al fresco dining.</p>
<p>You enter the villa from the parking area straight into the open plan living/ dining room with a smart TV and the adjoining fully equipped kitchen. There are large glass doors here that lead out to the porch and pool beyond.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
