Second bedroom has three foot by 8 foot open wall area with shutters between bedroom and living room to allow additional ocean view from living room. There is carpet in the living room and bedrooms (please remove shoes upon entering villa), and tile floors throughout the rest of the villa. You will find a 40-inch flat panel TV in the living room, as well as smaller, wall mounted TVs in the bedrooms. The living room also comes with a Queen sofa sleeper. The golf cart is a ’limo" style 6-passenger with side curtains, and you’ll find it parked in space 78. 1050 sq. ft. H178<br /><br /> Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables).
