Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in Eastport, the building has amazing amenities for its guests: a pool (open end of May through Labor Day with specific hours of operation), a rooftop terrace, a marina, parking and is walkable to everything, including downtown Annapolis, Eastport restaurants, and many yacht clubs and marinas. Back inside is a large King bedroom suite with a full private en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is a guest bedroom with 3 twin beds and a 2nd full bath in the hall. The beautifully-decorated living space has an open kitchen, living and dining room combo with views of the water from almost every window. The dining room table seats 6 and the living room sofa opens up to a Queen bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
