Accommodating up to six guests, the home features a well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living area with a wood-burning fireplace, and a hot tub on the deck with stunning Blue Ridge views. Guests can also access an unfinished basement rec area with a ping pong table, TV, and sectional sofa (note: not climate-controlled). For horse lovers, Three Daughters offers direct trail access and a large fenced turnout—please ensure horses are compatible, as no stalls or shelter are provided. Important trailer info: Roads are steep and narrow—only two-horse bumper pull or gooseneck trailers under 20 feet are recommended. Trailer access is limited, and Leatherwood is not responsible for vehicle or trailer damage. Management may relocate horses to the Equine Center if pasture conditions require it. $25 per horse/night. Two-horse limit.
