Serenity awaits at this private all-season retreat, ideally located between Mount Snow, Wilmington Village, Lake Raponda, and a bounty of year-round activities for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds. In the summer, you can paddleboard, kayak, and boat only seven miles away. In the fall, hike local trails right from the end of your driveway, enjoy local festivals and music at Mount Snow, or tee it up at Haystack Golf Club. In winter, leave the bustle of the mountain behind and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub while you grill or eat takeout from the many nearby restaurants.
Situated at the end of a winding country road, the home is a private enclave that welcomes family and friends to its dog-friendly space. Gather around the firepit and play cornhole, and in season, enjoy herbs and some veggies from the raised beds. The open-concept main floor offers a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation. Enjoy Ping-Pong, and foosball on the lower level which also has a myriad of games and puzzles and a tv with a USB to connect to other devices. On the main floor, a wood-burning insert adds a cozy feel, and the Roku TV enables guests to access all their usual streaming from plush and comfy seating. The well-appointed kitchen makes family-style meal prep a breeze, and the large dining table can accommodate larger groups.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
WINTER CONDITIONS
During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. We highly recommend an All-Wheel Drive or Four-Wheel Drive vehicle.
We also have arranged for plowing and sanding (we do provide salt as well)and shoveling and our people get to the house as soon as they can.
Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
