The bedrooms in Maple Manor are designed with comfort in mind. They feature high-quality linens, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning and electric heat throughout, ensuring a cozy stay regardless of the season. Additionally, the townhome offers a fully finished basement with another 65-inch TV, providing a dedicated space for relaxation and entertainment, particularly for kids. For added convenience, Maple Manor includes a private washer/dryer, allowing you to keep your vacation wardrobe refreshed and clean throughout your stay. After booking, you will receive all the necessary pre-arrival and check-in information from the property management. This will include guest instructions, notices, and other relevant information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Only 2 registered autos may be parked at the home (There is an overflow lot for additional all must be registered) No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Property Manager Pennsylvania LLC. Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Disney streaming services are available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
