This single-story home sits in a wooded grove on the southwest side of Hilton Head, about two miles from the center of Harbour Town. Follow the bike paths to reach the beach or tee off at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, both of which are just over a mile away. Dining, shopping, swimming, kayaking, fishing - it’s all at your fingertips here. After a day out and about on the island, come home to find a relaxing respite on the leafy patio. Light the gas grill for an evening barbecue, set the outdoor table for a sunset dinner, and linger by the firepit for s’mores and stargazing after dark. Step inside to find a living space that’s bright, breezy, and centrally air-conditioned. There’s a large living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both an indoor dining space and a high-top table outside on the kitchen deck. Of the bedrooms, each has its own TV and adjoining bathroom for privacy. A home laundry room and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note E-bikes are not allowed. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
