Hiker, skier, or water sports enthusiast, you’ll love coming home to a brand-new hot tub (June 2023), a wraparound deck, and a firepit where you can roast s’mores at the edge of the forest. This two-story cabin is part of the Youghiogheny Mountain Resort residential community, where it sits on almost an acre of land bordered by a spring-fed creek. It’s an area full of hiking possibilities, with Swallow Falls State Park less than five miles south. This is also a wonderful home base for exploring, with Harrington Manor State Park (five miles), Deep Creek Lake State Park (12 miles), and Wisp Resort (12 miles) close by. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
