Welcome to the ski getaway of your dreams! This third-floor condo is a Gold-rated loft retreat with perhaps the best views of the mountains surrounding Breckenridge, both front and back, of any condominium in Pine Ridge. It has a beautiful view of Peak 9 from the living room, and of Baldy Mountain from the primary suite and guest bedroom. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and bright, sunny windows. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a fully enclosed loft that is furnished with two beds and a bunk bed. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and a TV with a DVD player. Building 1 is the closest building to town and during the winter has the Christy Sports ski rental shop right on the first floor. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
