This third-floor ski-in/out condo has some of the best views at Pine Ridge! You will have the chance to admire views over the town across to Mt. Baldy from the bedrooms and rear deck. Building 1 is also the closest building to town and during the winter has the Christy Sports ski rental shop right on the first floor. Additionally, you are located only 50 yards from the 4 O’Clock Ski Run.
This family-friendly retreat is a platinum-rated, fully remodeled condominium with a spacious loft overlooking the living area. Guests have all the conveniences of a home with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, and TVs in each bedroom and loft. The living room features a TV with a DVD player and a selection of family board games that will keep you entertained during your stay. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace and get ready for an entertaining evening! Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen before heading to enjoy the condo’s community amenities which include a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Additional perks include two private balconies, black-out curtains, a private ski locker, and a boot dryer.
