This two-story woodland home sits less than three miles north of downtown Wiscasset, a 5 min walk away from the river with dock access and close to Red Eats. A picturesque town on the Sheepscot River with an assortment of cute shops, restaurants, and seafood shacks. It’s a great place to relax and stay put but it’s also perfect for exploring, with Boothbay Harbor (15 miles), Bath (15 miles), the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse (24 miles), Popham Beach (29 miles), Rockland (36 miles), and Camden (39 miles) all within easy striking distance.
The home’s natural setting is beautiful in every season, but it’s the long summer days you’ll spend outside in the yard. Sip your first cup of coffee among the trees each morning and gather on the patio for afternoon barbecues on the gas grill.
The heart of the house is the lofty living room, where you can flip on the gas fireplace, unwind on the soft sectional, and marvel at the view of the forest through floor-to-ceiling windows.
