A fully-equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances, including an eight-burner gas stove, will have you whipping up a delicious meal in no time at all. Up the spiral staircase, you will find a loft with a large smart TV, soft seating, a second fireplace, and skylights creating a cheery place to hang out. On the ground level, prepare to be wowed by the extravagant game room that includes an oversized smart TV with theatre-style seats, a pool table, and a foosball game. There is even a popcorn maker for movie and game nights. A cute kiddie corner has a child-sized table and chairs with activities for the tots. There are four bedrooms including the roomy main bedroom featuring an en-suite full bath with a tiled shower with a built-in bench, a separate jetted tub, and double sinks, and access to the outdoor deck. A small bed is included in the room that is suitable for a small child. Enjoy the view inside and out on the ground floor sunroom, perfect for sipping a hot coffee or a cool drink. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
