When you book this fantastic home away from home, you are granted access to the community tennis court and two outdoor pools.
On the main level of this home, you will find a cozy family room with large double-stacked windows letting in lots of natural light and allowing a lovely view of the surrounding nature. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth on those chillier nights. This is a fantastic spot to gather with your loved ones and plan all of your next adventures while sipping on a warm cup of coffee. A fully-equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances, including an eight-burner gas stove, will have you whipping up a delicious meal in no time at all.
Up the spiral staircase, you will find a loft with a large smart TV, soft seating, a second fireplace, and skylights creating a cheery place to hang out. On the ground level, prepare to be wowed by the extravagant game room that includes an oversized smart TV with theatre-style seats, a pool table, and a foosball game. There is even a popcorn maker for movie and game nights. A cute kiddie corner has a child-sized table and chairs with activities for the tots.
There are four bedrooms including the roomy main bedroom featuring an en-suite full bath with a tiled shower with a built-in bench, a separate jetted tub, and double sinks, and access to the outdoor deck. A small bed is included in the room that is suitable for a small child. Enjoy the view inside and out on the ground floor sunroom, perfect for sipping a hot coffee or a cool drink. Or commune with nature on the patio with a gas firepit and trade ghost stories under the stars.
