Fantastic community features include multiple sports courts (pickle ball, tennis, basketball) and a boat ramp, which you can access during your stay. The beautiful home is part of the exclusive Eden Ranch HOA which limits occupancy to 18 people at any time and has strict quiet hours of 10PM to 8AM.  If you are looking for peace and serenity this is the home for you. The expansive main-floor interior features an open-concept layout designed for group gatherings. A luxe sectional and sleek, inset fireplace set the stage for casual downtime in the great room. The stainless steel kitchen is sure to inspire family-style feasts, and there’s plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and dining table. You’ll also be able to take in gorgeous sunset and lake views from each bedroom. Additional features and amenities include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, a Ping-Pong table, and two washers/dryers. Things to Know HOA has strict quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. Maximum occupancy of 18 people on the property at all times. Parking for a maximum of 7 cars and 2 boat trailers. Life vests and water shoes can be helpful. Level 2 Electric vehicle charger available. Streaming services are available with guests own account(s). Please be respectful of our neighbors and remember that no ATVs are allowed on the property or beach. **Summer 2026: there is new construction next door. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
