OVERVIEW Torno wears its traditions proudly with local shops and restaurants still reflecting the values of the village. Take a sun-bathed stroll and experience a preserved and intact cultural setting that will make Lake Como feel like your second home. The villa can be reached by car or boat. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the mirroring lake and an idyllic backdrop for relaxing, or just lounging by the swimming pool (4x8) on the terrace. The Villa will be exclusively at your disposal, allowing you to enjoy privacy and an intimate time with the most romantic lake in Italy. Enjoy La Dolce Vita day and night whether you decide to rest, cool off in the pool, or put together a convivial banquet for you and your guests. The villa offers a pool that’s heated, modern, and equipped with hydromassage, guaranteed to elevate your swimming experience while also being child-friendly with its different levels. Relish in the enchanting view of the lake with our gazebo that serves as a sanctuary from the gentle heat while enjoying your meal or Aperitivo. A sweeping neoclassical-style veranda overlooks the serene lake waters and is there for you whenever the weather decides to act up. Take a little time out and have some fun in your very own playroom, equipped with a ping pong and foosball table. Villa Silva comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it the ideal hideaway for a family get-together. The large windows overlooking the sinuous landscapes add a softening touch to the neoclassical furniture and create a cozy, luxurious escape. The property boasts comfortable rooms, breath-taking bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, as well as wi-fi, central air conditioning, satellite TV, and a personal elevator. The majestic lake is ever present in the villa’s eight rooms thanks to large windows that bring the outside in and open up to balconies with enchanting views. Revel in the feeling of floating on gentle waters all the way from the romantic balconies while enjoying the scenery’s ever-changing beauty throughout the day. Over eight bathrooms adorn the villa, one more sumptuous than the other. The dramatic bathrooms let you indulge in the feeling of luxury with its sleek precious marble and amenities like make-up mirrors, hair dryers, and towel warmers. Ground Floor The ground floor is home to a veranda - living room, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a granite worktop, a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and two dishwashers. Whether you’re planning on cooking yourself or letting someone else do it, this kitchen is the perfect birthplace for meals and banquets that can be enjoyed on the belvedere terrace or in the large dining room (12-16 people) Guests are also met with art nouveau-style furniture and a generous view of the magnificent lake. The ground floor houses also the well-equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), one guest’s bathroom, access to the elevator, and a wondrous Carrara marble staircase to the upper floors. First Floor – Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Lavish and adventurous, the first floor’s exquisite liberty-style furniture flows seamlessly throughout the entire space. The elegant living room offers an intimate setting as well as a fireplace, a plasma TV with satellite cable, and cozy seats to enjoy after a long, active day. The three bedrooms embody lush comfort alongside fresh views and are divided into one Master Suite with a private terrace and two double bedrooms. All the three bedrooms are equipped with a private wardrobe, a private bathroom and satellite TV. The Master Suite has a bathroom with double sink, bathtub and separate shower. The two double bedrooms have a bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Bedroom 1 - Master suite: can be set as double or twin bed Bedroom 2: can be set as double or twin bed Bedroom 3: new double bed 160 cm Second Floor – Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms Following the marble staircase onto the second floor, guests will discover the remaining four bedrooms. All the four bedrooms are equipped with a private wardrobe, a private bathroom and satellite TV. The first double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a wardrobe. The second double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a wardrobe. The third double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a wardrobe. The fourth double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a wardrobe. Bedroom 1 - can be set as double or twin bed Bedroom 2 - can be set as double or twin bed Bedroom 3 - can be set as double or twin bed Bedroom 4 - can be set as double or twin bed On this floor there is also a nice veranda equipped with a ping pong and foosball table and one guest’s bathroom. DEPENDANCE The villa’s dependence has been recently renovated with the addition of a new bedroom, increasing the total capacity of the property (main villa + dependence) to a maximum of 16 guests. The dependence is arranged over two levels and is located on the right side of the property, slightly elevated compared to the main villa. • On the upper floor, which is almost at the same level as the villa’s first floor, there is a small double bedroom with a split king bed (180 cm) that can be converted into two single beds — ideal for couples or friends. • From the upper floor, an internal staircase (rather steep) leads down to the lower floor, which features: o a compact bathroom with shower; o a small living area with direct access to the pool area. This layout ensures privacy and independence for guests staying in the dependence, while maintaining a close connection to the villa’s communal areas and the swimming pool. PARKING There are two covered parking spaces available in the village for your convenience. The walk from the parking area to the villa takes approximately 5-7 minutes. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to let us know. IMPORTANT: Porter service for luggage is included from the parking to the villa on a private Jeep. The Jeep is also available in case guests need a ride to the village. Advance grocery shopping is highly recommended. The top-floor apartment is currently unavailable for rent. The owner occasionally resides there. Enjoy direct access to the lake from the terrace, offering a serene connection to the water. For those with a boat, you have the option to moor it in the private Darsena. Please ensure that the boat’s dimensions are compatible with the dock.
