The Home
Villa Camilla is a mid-19th-century building and has always belonged to the same family. The villa faces southeast, just in the mid-lake, and has superb views of the three arms of Lake Como and the beautiful mountains behind. In its beautiful park with century-old trees, a large pool (10x6 meters), and a private tennis court are set. A private mooring is available at the villa.
Attractions: THE AREA
Lake Como is renowned for its luxuriant vegetation and its mild climate. In winter, in the sunniest areas such as Tremezzina, the temperature is never too cold. In summer, it is mitigated by a very nice breeze.
WHAT TO SEE
In Como: The Cathedral and Piazza S. Fedele with many 400-year-old buildings and the Basilica, one of the masterpieces of the maestri comacini (masters of Como). The very austere church of San Abbondio or the early Romanesque Basilica of San Carpoforo.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Guest Relations available throughout the stay at the villa. Highly personalized one-of-a-kind experiences for the guests organized by our in-house concierge

- Buffet “Welcome Dinner” provided on arrival (up to 20 people only)
- Cook service only for dinner, together with the cost of proposed menus (only beverages not included). The cook will also buy all the necessary food. The chef will be available to the guests throughout their stay at the Villa. An amount of € 1.500 cash is to be paid upon arrival as a deposit for extra charge.
- Daily Continental Breakfast service (bread, marmalade, butter, tea, milk, coffee, orange juice, croissant, cereals, cheese, hams)

- Swimming pool heating: Jan 01 - May 16 and Sep 13 – Dec 31: €5 per hour (in order to reach the minimum water temperature of 24/25°C, it is necessary to turn on the heater 36 hours before the guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum necessary heating time is 72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum 12 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature)
