On the main level, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a sitting area with a fireplace. After dinner, you can go out to the deck and relax in a country-style rocking chair, and watch the sunset. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is king spacious suite along with a giant jetted custom tub. The master bathroom has two sinks, a stand-up shower, and plenty of room to get ready for any occasion. Along with a pool table, and queen bunk beds you will also find an arcade game. Downstairs features 2 king bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
