LIVING ROOM Ground Floor This tastefully designed living room set on the ground floor can seat around 20 people, and is not less than a grand lobby of a Balinese resort. It offers a 55-inch TV, is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi access and is the perfect space for you to indulge in some conversations with your loved ones. There is also a dining space where you can enjoy culinary experiences like no other, at the 14-seater dining table. BATHROOMS Private/Shared There are 5 ensuite bathrooms at this property and 1 powder room. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. POOL This villa is set up under the shade of a canopy of immense greenery, quaint lawn, and trees where guests can take a peaceful walk. The private pool is 70x30 ft. with a 4.5 ft. depth, so start your holiday in the most surreal way. It can be heated at an additional cost. LAWN The ample greenery around this house allows you to stay connected with nature at all times. Breezy & decked with ample seating, you can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal or enjoy a fun-filled al fresco breakfast with your loved ones. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, you will find the perfect blend of Mediterranean vibes and luxurious amenities. Relax in the plush, private bedrooms or soak up the sun by the private swimming pool. EXPERIENCES All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day for vegetarian meals and Rs. 2200 per person, per day for non-vegetarian meals. A barbecue meal can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, per person. The washing machine can be used, on request. Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The location of this villa is secluded. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - Pets are allowed. - Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours. - Jio and VI mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
