Being in Mussoorie, this home is swathed in ample sunlight that lightens the cosy interiors and adds a bit of warmth and comfort. Your first port of call has to be the beautiful terrace. This dreamy spot is perfect to spend the evening with the beautiful view as your background, as you share a bottle of wine you can pick from the market. Speaking of markets, the eclectic Mussoorie Mall Road is just ten minutes away, giving you instant access to charming cafes, restaurants, and shops. Spend leisurely afternoons moseying around the quaint streets, finding chic clothing in the aisles and delicious food in the eating spots. And after an exciting day of exploring the town, take a seat by the cosy bonfire with a breathtaking view of the Himalayas.

- With charming & comfortable interiors, there are 2 bedrooms at this home - both on the ground floor.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a heater, a king sized bed, wardrobes, hangers, an extra sofa bed and a TV with an Amazon Prime subscription so you can watch your favourite cinematic hits.
- One of the bedrooms offers a quaint balcony with a seating area that overlooks spectacular views of the Mussoorie valleys.
- All rooms are equipped with spacious and chic ensuite bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
- There are a total of 3 bathrooms at the property - 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- Each attached bathroom offers geysers, towels, and toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- As you walk down the stairs, you will walk into the aesthetic & cosy living room on the ground floor of the property, which offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
- This living area is equipped with a heater, TV, WiFi, and a serene, mountainous view.
- There is a dining area in the living room that offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people.
- Just like its interiors, the charming terrace and patio of this home are brimming with earthy and ambient furnishings.
- These quaint recreational spaces offer peaceful views, and guests can enjoy bird-watching or just sit back, relax and embrace nature as the evening sky changes hues.
KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not always present at the property but is always accessible via call/message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8AM to 8PM .
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per day exclusive of meal charges. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can relish a scrumptious barbecue by the patio or terrace. A bonfire can be lit up. If outdoors are not your favourite place to lounge around, feel free to snuggle up in the cosy living room. Guests can take a peaceful walk around the property & embrace the beauty of the mountains of Mussoorie.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Barbecue kit including coal and wood is available at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per use. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- Washing machines can be used at an additional cost.
- A bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for up to 2 hours.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that guests will have to walk around 300 mtrs. to get to the property.
- Due to heavy footfall in the city, guests are advised to check-in before 4 PM to avoid parking restrictions.
- All-male guests are not allowed at the property.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, please note that guests are liable to take responsibility for their pets.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights, fans & plug points for up to 3-4 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
