Comfortable villa on a renovated property dating back to the 1300s, just 15 km from Florence. It is part of a large farm with 200 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, that produces excellent wines and extra virgin olive oil.
The property is made up of the main villa, a converted hayloft and a private pool.
It offers 10 bedrooms to accommodate up to 20 people. Inside it is equipped with all amenities and tastefully furnished.
Access to the property is via a stretch of unpaved road in good condition.
Extra services: You can reserve services like: tastings of the farm’s wines; breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property’s restaurant; cooking lessons with a chef; massages; excursions like truffle hunts, horse rides, hikes, picnics.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Local Tax: 1€ per person/per day for the first 6 days of stay (not applicable to children under 16 years).
