Positioned in the center of the small fascinating town of Palazzolo Acreide (incorporated in the list of The World Heritage since 2002), this antique Sicilian mansion is nonetheless characterized by a wide fenced luxuriant garden: over 250 square meters, with an antique well to collect rainwater, fruit trees all over, and a very nice (not fenced) pool with saltwater, which guarantees tranquility and privacy even if the villa is located in the very beating heart of the historical center of the town.
Villa Marcì has been restored after a deep study of the original age, fully respecting its antique traditions.
The recreated atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and domestic … in a word “cozy”. The idea behind the restoration was, indeed, to make guests feel at home even when home is so far away and even preserving its noble and antique hint. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
