The mansion, built during the 1940s by a wealthy family from Milan, is surrounded by a 20,000 square-meter park with manicured lawns and pine woods, offering beautiful views of the lake and Borromean Gulf.
Alina is located 1 km uphill from the cozy village of Baveno, where you can find many restaurants, bars, and alimentary shops. The villa is also close to Stresa (5 km) and less than 60 km from the International Airport of Milano Malpensa, easily reachable in about one hour by highway or train from Milano Centrale station.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Extra cleaning service for the kitchen/dirty dishes: €25 per hour
- IMPORTANT: FINAL CLEANING: Included.
- However, by departure, the kitchen must be free of food, with no dirty dishes and in normal cleaning condition. A €50 deduction from the deposit will apply for non-compliance, including for a dirty barbecue.

- To be paid in cash on the departure day:
- Tourist Tax: €5.00 per person per night (children from 7 years old)
- Heating: €100 per day (to be paid 2 days before arrival)
- SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €2,000 must be paid to the villa's bank account before arrival. This amount will be refunded within one week after departure if everything is in order. No other forms of payment, including credit card holds by the agency, will be accepted.
- DOG €100 per week - small/medium size only, by prior request. Includes 2 bowls and 1 large pillow.
- CHECK-IN TIME: Starting from 3:00 p.m. (NOT EARLIER)
- CHECK-OUT TIME: By 9:00 a.m. The owner will charge for extra services at this time.
- DEPARTURE: By 9:30 a.m.
- For a late check-out, €50 will be deducted from the deposit.
- Pool opening dates May 3 – 20 September
