The Home
Villa Virginia dates back to the beginning of the century and still belongs to the noble Swiss family that, having come on holiday here, fell in love with this area and decided to build their Italian holiday home. Villa Virginia was carefully restored in 2008.
The owners tastefully furnished and embellished it, retaining many of its original characteristics and balancing them harmoniously with modern comforts: fine tapestries and fabrics, floors made from fine wood with geometric inlays, beautiful paintings on the walls, and family period furnishings complement a modern and fully equipped kitchen, WIFI Internet connection, and Plasma TV with satellite channels.
The villa overlooks the lake directly and is set in a beautiful garden.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
