This charming mountain home between Boone and Blowing Rock has fabulous access to many attractions in the High Country. Centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock, guests have local restaurants, outlet shopping, and many other attractions, all within a 10-minute drive! Within a 5-minute drive, guests can explore Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, High Gravity Adventures Zip Line and Aerial Park, Mystery Hill and Tomahawk Hill Hatchet Throwing, and Prospector Gem Mining. Appalachian Ski Mountain, with winter favorites like skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating, is a short 10-minute drive.
4 Seasons provides a homey bohemian atmosphere for an escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Eclectic upscale decor and furniture around a decorative fireplace (the fireplace is not for use) and throughout the house provide a mountain getaway to remember. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at the wood table, with seating for six guests and a high chair available for the little ones. There is an outdoor bistro-style dining area and comfortable deck space to enjoy while grilling and relaxing. The hot tub has privacy on the side deck with string lighting for a magical evening soak. The backyard provides plenty of space to play or sit around the fire pit. Two swinging chairs hang below the deck overlooking the backyard space and offer a great place to nap or read a book in a cool breeze.
Enjoy 4 Seasons in the Spring king master suite with a TV, a large clothes closet, and a workstation that can serve as a makeup table or quiet space. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an in-wall hair dryer. The Summer Room and Fall Room each have a king bed and share a full bathroom in the hallway. The lower level family room boasts a shuffleboard table, a poker table, and an HDTV and is stocked with games to provide fun for all ages. The Winter Room, with two full beds, two twins, and a twin trundle, is a fun kids’ room. It includes a Wii game station and a bathroom with a step-in shower. Each bedroom provides memory foam bedding and a sound machine for a good night’s rest. The bathrooms have bidets, and there are plenty of charging stations throughout the home for devices. 4 Seasons provides all the comforts of home for a fantastic getaway.
The cabin includes wifi, TV programming, central heat and air, and a washer and dryer. Winter travelers should prepare with AWD or 4-wheel drive and chains. This property is pet friendly for two dogs up to 30 pounds!
