This charming log cabin located in the heart of Boone has convenient access to the wonders of the High Country. Just minutes from downtown Boone, home to Appalachian State University, and full of restaurants, shopping, and local events. This home is also a ten-minute drive to Valle Crucis, which boasts the original Mast General Store and the Riverside Community Park. Appalachian Ski Resort and Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park are less than 20 minutes away, and Banner Elk is just under 30 minutes from the cabin. Foggy Mountain Gem Mining and Sunrise Mountain Mini Golf are less than 5 miles away.
Eagle’s View has custom wood features, including wood floors and vaulted ceilings. The stone fireplace in the living room and cozy sectional leather sofa and chair provide a comfortable living area. The kitchen offers all that is needed for meals at the wood table with seating for all ten guests. Also on the main level is the Master Bedroom, with a King bed and full ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The game room with a pool table and an HDTV on the lower level provides fun for the whole family. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, including a King bedroom and a bedroom with two Double beds, and a Twin with a Trundle pull-out underneath. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower. Add a fire pit, a hot tub, and a gas grill, and the only thing missing is you!
Two pets are welcome with your getaway at Eagles View. Additional fees apply. The cabin includes wifi, TV programming, central heat and air, and a washer and dryer. The garage and apartment above the garage are not included with a guest reservation. AWD/4Wheel drive is recommended for winter travelers.
