Additional amenities include Smart TVs, wifi, electric baseboard heating, an EV charging station at the parking area, and wall-mounted gas heating with mini-splits on the main and lower levels for year-round comfort. Pets are not allowed. Level paved parking comfortably accommodates three cars. Access from the parking level to the main level entrance is by a staircase from the parking area.
