Welcome to Beech Mountain Vista!
This updated cabin provides guests with comfortable mountain-modern elegance on three levels and long-range ridgetop views. Step inside the front entrance to the middle level, where there are two king suites, each with a private bathroom, TV, and access to the middle-level covered deck.

Upstairs from the middle level is the main floor, where you will find a lovely living space inside and out. The living room has a stone gas log fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has stainless appliances, spacious granite countertops, and a large kitchen island with bar stools. Beyond the kitchen is the round dining table with 8 chairs. More chairs are stored in the pantry to accommodate up to 14 guests. Long-range layered mountain views from the many large windows will draw guests to the deck outfitted with a covered outdoor dinette, rocking chairs, a gas fire pit, and a gas grill.
The master suite, located on the upper level, is well furnished and has deck access and a private bathroom. There is a shared half bath on the upper level as well. Downstairs on the lowest floor, you can enjoy a game of ping pong or the cool mountain air from the lower-level deck. Two other rooms have beds on this level, one with a king bed and a bunk room with two twin bunks with trundle beds. A full bathroom serves the lower level.
Additional amenities include central heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. There are five Smart TVs in the home with paid tv programing. Up to two pets are welcome with your reservation. Standard pet fees apply. The paved level driveway has parking for up to four cars with one-step entry to the front door entrance to the middle level. There is also a staircase from the parking area up to the upper floor deck.
Beech Mountain Club
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Property Manager.
