Welcome to A Beary Good Time!
Conveniently located just a few miles (10 minutes) from the heart of downtown Boone, A Beary Good Time is a comfortable, spacious log cabin surrounded by peaceful wooded scenery and a generous yard. This well-appointed cabin accommodates 14 guests.
The great room on the main level features tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams. Comfortable furniture centers on a large wood-burning fireplace. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area with seating for 14. The main level wrap-around deck has a gas grill and several wooden tables and chairs for outdoor relaxation.
The master suite is on the main level and features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a cozy sitting nook and full bathroom.
Downstairs is the den and game room. Leather couches, a large flat-screen TV, multiple fun games including skee ball, foosball, a shuffleboard table, and arcade games are there to enjoy. The additional room downstairs can accommodate eight with a queen bed and 2 full-over-full bunk beds.
Up to two pets are welcome with your reservation and will love the considerable fenced-in yard surrounding the home. Standard pet fees will apply. Guests will enjoy a custom-built fire pit and picnic table. There is Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and central heating and air conditioning on the main and upper levels. The lower level is cooled and heated with mini-spit units. Please do not use the electric baseboard heaters. The TVs are Smart TVs, so guests can log into their streaming accounts. The sloping gravel driveway leads to a level parking area with room for 4 cars. A few steps bring you onto the covered front entrance deck.
