Eagles Nest on Seven Devils is a spacious 2-level, 3,800 sq. ft. home providing a relaxing getaway for a large group. With sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a 4200 ft. elevation ensures cool summer weather. Seven Devils has the advantage of being located close to the Boone/Blowing Rock area and equal driving distance to Banner Elk and Linville attractions and 3 area ski resorts.
The main living area boasts a stone fireplace with gas logs and leather seating around a large Smart TV. The kitchen has space for multiple cooks, and there is dining for 14 at a large farm table overlooking the beautiful views. Enjoy your outdoor living space on the main deck, with comfy outdoor seating and a fire table, perfect for enjoying the incredible views. Guests can experience the firework shows from both Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain from the comfort of the deck.
The lower level has a stone gas log fireplace and game room with a 70" Smart TV, bar area, foosball table, pool table, and a 400ct. DVD library. Enjoy the 7-person heated hot tub with electronic lighting and fountain feature on the patio just beyond the sliding glass doors. Afterward, relax in the spacious steam room shower on the same level.

Access to this home is up one step. For those with limited mobility, this house provides a stair lift for easy access to the lower level. The downstairs bathroom/steam room has mobility aids, including rails, seating, and upper/lower shower heads.
