Pine Run Cabin is tucked into a quiet, wooded property beside a bold creek just minutes from downtown Boone and the Blue Ridge Parkway! This 3BR/2.5BA mountain cabin is freshly renovated with all new furniture, fresh paint inside and out, stainless kitchen appliances, new light fixtures and window treatments, a new 60-game arcade table, and a new courtyard with a gas grill and fire pit. Come and enjoy this charming creekside cabin, which boasts rustic charm as well as the comforts of upscale vacation living.
Only 1.5 miles from HWY 421, Pine Run Cabin is easy and convenient to access, cutting chunks of time and miles from your trip to the High Country. Pine Run River Access is .4 miles from the house. Both the New River and the Rocky Knob hiking and biking trails are just a few miles from the cabin. The heart of downtown Boone is only 5 miles away, and the Appalachian State University campus is just 6 miles away. The Blue Ridge Parkway is 7 miles away. Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park and Appalachian Ski Mountain are both less than 10 miles away. The town of Blowing Rock is less than 13 miles away, and the village of Valle Crucis is only 14 miles away. Grandfather Mountain is approximately 20 miles away, and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Public Golf Club are 21 miles away. Downtown Banner Elk is about 25 miles away, and the Beech Mountain Ski Resort is less than 30 miles away. Shopping, Dining, Hiking, Fishing, Kayaking, Winter Sports, and much more are conveniently close to Pine Run Cabin!
Pine Run offers a paved driveway and parking area with easy access to the main level. The main level features an open floor plan with an updated kitchen, boasting stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and an open dining area with a custom-crafted square dining table that can seat 8 to 9 guests. The large living room has a floor-to-ceiling stone gas log fireplace, an HD Smart TV, and comfy new furniture. There is a half bathroom on the main level and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Walk out to the front covered porch and enjoy log rocking chairs while you unwind to the rhythmic sounds of the bold rushing creek below.
The King master suite is on this level. The master suite, with its comfy King bed, features a large HD Smart TV and a private ensuite master bathroom with a custom tiled shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a King bed, an HD Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The other boasts a custom-crafted Twin XL-over-Queen bunk bed, built to be fun for children and teens yet comfortable for an adult couple on the Queen bed. It is centered and accessible from both sides and has bedside tables and lighting for convenience. The third bunk-bedroom also features a Twin pullout sleeper chair for another sleeping option, a large HD Smart TV, and a desk tucked into the dormer area.
Also upstairs is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, a central loft area with another Twin pullout sleeper chair, and a cocktail table-style multi-cade arcade machine with 60 new and retro games to provide endless hours of fun for children of all ages.
In addition to the creek itself, Pine Run Cabin features a private stone courtyard with Adirondack-style chairs that flank a wood-burning fire pit and a stainless gas grill for outdoor grilling!
Along with the comfort and convenience, designer furniture, the bold creek, multi-cade arcade game, fire pit, King beds, updated kitchen, washer and dryer, four (4) HD Smart TVs, custom-crafted dining and bunk bed, and the stone gas log fireplace, guests also will appreciate the dual-zone central heat and air conditioning providing year-round comfort and climate control, and the high-speed WiFi internet. All of this makes Pine Run Cabin an exceptional vacation destination that your family and friends are sure to enjoy.
Pine Run Cabin allows guests the option to bring along the family pet. Dogs only, one (1) dog maximum per stay, with a 50-pound weight limit. Standard pet fees apply. Please be confident that your dog is well-behaved, as dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds at Pine Run Cabin. Dogs must be crated or kenneled if left unattended, so don’t forget your crate or kennel.
*Allows pets with an additional fee paid after booking. The fee is $35 per pet per day.
