Ace of Diamonds is a custom, upscale mountain-modern house with expansive long-range mountain views, situated atop Seven Devils at over 4000 feet in elevation. There are four (4) bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps three (3) and four (4) full upscale, updated bathrooms.
With a large, level front yard, a level driveway, and an attached garage, which offers an electric vehicle charger, Ace of Diamonds provides easy access and ample parking for up to four (4) vehicles.
The front door welcomes guests into an open floorplan with the kitchen, dining area, and great room. Guests immediately experience the custom craftsmanship. A live-edge wood stairway and balustrade, wood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a huge stone fireplace are just a few custom features. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
