Echota Haus is a 4BR/3.5BA upscale condo with treehouse-like views of the woods. Located in Echota, this vacation condo gives guests gated, secure access. The Echota club amenities include two clubhouses with swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and two fitness centers. The two clubhouses have fireplaces, kitchens, libraries, pool tables, and more. Echota also boasts a private, 25-acre riverside park with a picnic pavilion and grill on the Watauga River, fishing ponds, and miles of hiking and walking trails. Echota Haus is approximately 500 feet from the indoor pool and hot tub.
The main living space has warm hardwood floors, a two-story stone fireplace with a gas insert, and a wall of windows overlooking the woods. Cozy seating in the living room surrounds the fireplace and the large, flat-screen TV. The open floor plan leads into the dining area, with seating for eight (8) at the main table and two at the bar. The wrap-around kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, granite countertops, and more windows overlooking the woods. A cozy outdoor deck features a gas grill and an outdoor dining table.
The primary King bedroom is on the main level with a flat-screen TV and an attached private bathroom. The spacious bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub, a water closet, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has two queen beds with a TV and a unique play space for kids. The other is a full-over-full bunk room with an additional twin bed and a small TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a combo tub and shower.
A lower-level family/game room includes a foosball table, a large flat-screen TV, a loveseat, and access to the covered porch. There is an Xbox One and an assortment of Xbox games. There are also puzzles and family/table games available. Also on this level is a King bedroom with TV and private access to the lower level porch, and a full bathroom on the lower level.
This property has parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the unit. There is overflow parking for 2 additional cars at the clubhouse just 500 feet away. The house has a level 2 charger for Tesla and non-Tesla electric vehicles. The charging box and 24-foot cable are located against the siding, between the bushes at the end of the parking area. There is a J1772 connector available for Tesla owners who don’t have one of these adaptors (please leave it on the box when done charging).
This property, located in Foscoe, is an easy 15-minute drive to Boone and Banner Elk and 20 minutes to Blowing Rock, with easy access to many of the High Country’s favorite attractions like Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Grandfather Vineyard and Winery, High Gravity Adventures Aerial Park, and many others.
