Appalachian Seasons is a charming, rustic, three-level cabin that has new owners who have just completed a huge renovation with lots of beautiful updates and upgrades, new furniture and features, and have successfully converted what was a "diamond in the rough" into a "crown jewel!"
Appalachian Seasons accommodates up to ten guests with three bedrooms, a loft with a Queen sleeper sofa, and three full bathrooms. Each level has a bedroom and a bathroom. The main level features the kitchen, open dining area, and great room. The great room boasts wood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning stone fireplace, and a large HDTV with a DVD Player. New furniture, decor, paint, and light fixtures elevate the look and feel in the main-level living and dining areas. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
