Moss End is a 7BR/4.5BA mountain retreat in Blowing Rock. This home, located five (5) minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain, has access to skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating. Downtown Blowing Rock is a short drive away, with a quaint Main Street where you can walk to fine local restaurants, unique shops, opportunities, and a family park and sports area. Attractions like Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, Bass Lake, High Gravity Adventure Aerial Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone Golf Course, and the town of Boone are all within a ten (10) minute drive.
With mountain views and rippling creeks running throughout the property, this home provides a High Country experience to remember! Enjoy the outdoors on the expansive porch. There is an outdoor grilling area with outdoor dining at the bar with a flat-screen TV. There is also an outdoor gas fireplace with comfortable deck furniture and a covered porch area with additional seating.

Moss End is a spacious mountain home filled with charm and convenience. The living room is open and bright with lots of natural light. A stone fireplace is the main focal point of the room. Ample seating, built-in bookshelves, and a breakfast nook with seating for four (4) are cozy touches in this house. The dining room table can seat six (6), and there are two (2) additional seats at the bar. The kitchen, updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, also has a cozy coffee and tea bar.
The welcoming master king bedroom has a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, private access to the patio, and a full ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a tiled, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Also on the right wing of the home is a queen bedroom with private access to the porch. This room shares a full bathroom with another bedroom furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fire stove, and a TV with a Roku TV device and a Playstation 3.
The Left Wing of the home has four additional bedrooms. There are two King bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a King bed and a Roku TV, and they share a full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub and shower combo. Also upstairs in the left wing of the house are two bunk rooms. The first room has two (2) sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the second room has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a Roku TV. These two rooms share a full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub and shower combo.
The family game room has a shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and comfortable seating around a Roku TV. Dogs are welcome at Moss End, and there is a large fenced-in dog run in the backyard. This home has parking for five (5) vehicles. There is an electric vehicle charger in the garage for guest use. The entrance is up two small sets of stairs.
