Casa Bella is a charming, upscale duplex style townhome in the gated community of Yonahlossee, 4 miles from downtown Blowing Rock and 5 miles from Boone. The Blue Ridge Parkway is only 2 miles, and the Moses Cone Manor and Trails are less than 3 miles. Trout Lake and Bass Lake are about 3 miles away, and the Hebron Falls Trails are only a mile from Casa Bella. Ski resorts, family entertainment venues, parks and river access, golf courses, historic attractions, and quaint small towns with local shopping and dining are within 4 to 20 miles of this home.

The main level of Casa Bella has an open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining room with hardwood floors and huge windows for natural light. The kitchen has granite countertops and an under-mount, stainless double sink. The dining area has a dining table that seats 8, plus the bar seats another 4. The great room has soaring vaulted ceilings and a tasteful mix of linen and leather furniture. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and the windows frame the wooded and seasonal mountain views. The king-bedroom suite on the main floor has an ensuite bathroom and an HD Smart TV.
The upstairs features a generous master suite with vaulted ceilings and large solid wood shutters that open to view the great room or close for privacy. This suite has a king bed, a large HD Smart TV, a dormer nook with a floor lamp, and a comfy chaise lounge chair. It also has a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a jetted jacuzzi-style tub and shower combo.
The lower level features a large central den and game room with a slate pool table, a comfortable sitting area with another HD Smart TV and soundbar, and some nice audio/stereo equipment. The sofa is a queen-size pullout. A small wet bar and a cabinet full of puzzles and games are available to enjoy and occupy your time. The lower level offers a large queen suite with an HD Smart TV, a comfy chair, and plenty of floor space, should you need to set out a cot, a crib, or a pack-n-play. The bedroom and the den share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An HD Smart TV and a lovely vintage desk and chair make this an inviting place for those needing to catch up with work. The laundry room with a utility sink, washer, and dryer is also on the lower level.
The main level deck has lounge and chair seating, a bistro table, an electric grill, and a seasonally available waterfall feature. The lower deck has a large hot tub, an outdoor table, and chairs. Casa Bella also has digital cable TV programming, WiFi internet, and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
There is a carport with parking for one vehicle out front and a short walkway to the covered front porch and main entry. Additional parking for a second vehicle is directly in front of the main entrance, and additional cars can park in one of the numerous nearby guest parking areas.
Guests at Casa Bella have permission to use the amenities available at the Yonahlossee Racquet Club! The pro shop, some outdoor tennis courts, the indoor swimming pool, the indoor tennis facility, and the fitness center are all less than a mile from Casa Bella, inside the gated community. There are numerous outdoor and indoor tennis courts, pickleball, and bocce ball courts, and the indoor swimming pool and tanning deck are available features to enjoy. Please remember that the indoor amenities and the outdoor courts are only available during staffed hours, which change seasonally. Courts are available to reserve for a small fee. Please contact the Pro Shop at 828-963-1800 to make court reservations and get more information on hours and availability during the dates you plan to come. Also, enjoy the trails and picnic areas, small creeks and streams, and ample outdoor common areas. For the more experienced hiker, some incredible, marked trails are nearby, some leading to boulder fields for rock climbers. Cycling opportunities on and around Shulls Mill Road and the Blue Ridge Parkway are some of the most sought-after in the High Country, so we host many cyclists at our Yonahlossee properties. Enjoy everything the High Country offers while surrounding yourself with the comforts and amenities Casa Bella provides.

Although not directly passing through Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway - often dubbed as "America's Favorite Drive" - is in close proximity and provides breathtaking scenic views. These views become particularly spectacular during autumn when the leaves transform into vibrant hues.
