There is a cozy sitting area with two custom armchairs in front of a dramatic view window, as well as a half bath/powder room. The renovated lower level is a huge game room and den with a fourth full bathroom. It features an eight-foot slate pool table, a foosball table, and a cocktail-style Multicade arcade machine loaded with tons of retro and current video games. The den is open to the game room and has comfortable furniture and a large wall-mounted HD Smart TV.
