Welcome to Higher Ground at Yonahlossee!
Higher Ground is a newly-redecorated and upgraded 3-level townhome in the Yonahlossee Resort less than 5 miles from downtown Blowing Rock or Boone. Tweetsie Railroad and Appalachian Ski Mountain are both about 8 miles away as well. Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain Ski Resorts, Grandfather Mountain, and Linville Falls and Caverns are all conveniently close by. Club privileges also come with the property, so guests have the option of using the indoor pool, fitness center, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Court time must be reserved with the YRC and involve a court fee.

This property has 3 levels. On the main floor is your fully-appointed kitchen with vaulted ceilings and new countertops, and a dining area with a round dining table with a lazy susan that seats 10. The living room has a gas log fireplace, an HDTV with a BluRay player, newly-added tongue-and-groove in the vaulted ceilings, and leather sofas. The master suite features a king bed, an HDTV, tongue-and-groove accents, a large closet, and an ensuite full bathroom. Also on the main floor is a half bathroom/powder room adjacent to a laundry closet. There is an additional sleeping area, that could be used as a 4th bedroom, which has a day bed with 2 twin beds for additional sleeping options.
The upstairs features a bedroom suite with a queen bed and a twin day bed. This bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom and an HDTV with a BluRay player.
The downstairs offers a third bedroom with a new hewn-log, twin-over-full bunk bed, foosball table, and an ensuite full bathroom. Also downstairs is an interior door that comes into the house at the foot of the stairs from the one-car garage, which is guest-accessible. Higher Ground offers high-speed WiFi internet and extended cable programming on all three TVs as well as BluRay players with Smart TV functions.
The main level rear deck has a new gas grill and outdoor dining table for up to six people. Enjoy mountain views from the deck, which is accessible from the living room, and both the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom.
