So Inclined is a nicely updated and renovated 3BR mountain cottage with 3.5 bathrooms, wood floors, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings with exposed beams, HDTVs with a BluRay Player, an Xbox One, custom furniture, and so much more. This lovely home sits atop Appalachian Ski Mountain, at the same altitude as the top of the ski slopes! So Inclined less than a mile from the ski slopes, less than two (2) miles from Tweetsie Railroad and the Blue Ridge Parkway, about four (4) miles from downtown Blowing Rock, and from Boone!
The main floor features an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and big window mountain views. There is custom furniture centered around a gas log fireplace and an HDTV with BluRay Player. The full kitchen is flanked by a dining area and a breakfast nook, offering ample dining options for a full house plus a few extra dinner guests! The primary King master suite on the main floor has an HDTV and a full ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors. There is also a half bath/powder room off the great room. The covered deck offers mountain views and a gas grill.
Downstairs offers a den/family room with an HDTV and an Xbox One. There is a second King suite downstairs with an HDTV and a full ensuite bathroom. A bonus (3rd bedroom) on the lower level features a king bed. At the foot of the stairs is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer and a third full bathroom. A lower-level deck off the den/family room provides more outdoor living space with views, as well as a step-down, open-air deck with a hot tub. Exterior steps go down into the back yard which has a wood-burning fire pit. Guests have access to the one-car attached garage leading to the den/family room, which features a ping pong table.
