Escape to Appalachian Breeze. The owners have outfitted the home with upscale yet comfortable furniture, mountain and alpine decor, and upscale finishes.
This two-story house has a spacious master suite on each floor. There is a queen master suite on the main floor with an HD Smart TV, a full ensuite bathroom featuring ceramic tile floors, a walk-in closet, a large shower stall, and a jetted Jacuzzi tub beside a window looking out to the mountains. A large king master suite on the first floor boasts an HD Smart TV with expanded digital cable programming, a full ensuite bathroom with an oversized tiled shower stall, and a walk-in closet.
The open dining room features a solid wood table that seats up to eight people and flows right into a galley-style kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless appliances, and a unique coffee bar with both a basket-style coffee maker and a Keurig.
Head out onto the covered deck and enjoy the view from the rocking chairs. You may even hear a far-off steam whistle from Tweetsie Railroad as it rolls through the mountains. The deck has dining space for four to enjoy outdoor meals. Walk onto the lower level, view-side covered deck to enjoy the hot tub or to access the private backyard with a charcoal grill and the wood-burning fire pit. There is also a sitting area tucked in beside the house for guests to enjoy.
For skiers, Appalachian Ski Resort is just 500 yds up the road. Walk or drive to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or ice skating.
