At our luxurious vacation rental property, we understand the importance of seamless travel experiences. At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests: - We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. - Smoking is not allowed on the premises. - Pets are allowed with written permission only, with a maximum of two pets and a Pet Fee of $175 per pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty. - Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above. - The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water. - For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.
