ID and Credit Card: Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted Pet Policy: Dogs (2 max) are allowed at this property. $175 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a signed rental agreement with dog information. The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation. A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given it has a more rural setting. -- Policies -- - No smoking - Pets are allowed with written permission only. There is a maximum of two pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is $175 per pet. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
