2 Dogs (max) are permitted. Must weigh less than 70 lbs. The Pet Fee is $175 per stay. Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 are not permitted. Cats and other Animals are prohibited | No puppies under 1 year | All pet information must be completed in Rental Agreement
The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email or text message the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book - For groups with no guests under 18, you must be 25 or older to book, and then the Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people.
- Up to 2 Dogs are permitted at this property. $175 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a signed rental agreement with dog information. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted.
- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The Property is located in a residential zone and quiet hours are strictly enforced
- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
