Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom 3,800 sq ft residence sits on five acres of beautiful land with mountain views of the Hermosa Cliffs. You’ll enjoy privacy and seclusion here while being only 10 minutes (6 miles) from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes (20 miles) north to Purgatory Ski Resort.
Our home is perfect for multiple families as it has various living spaces, a large kitchen, bar and large driveway for plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers (and there is one additional parking spot in the garage). The home features amazing outdoor space with expansive decks with sweeping mountain views, several sitting areas, gas fire table and bbq gas grill. The beautiful 5 acres provides endless places to roam and includes a pond fed by a seasonal creek (April - November) that runs thru the property. The game room includes a combo pool table / ping pong table, TV and a walk out patio. Both bedrooms on the main level have AC units while the other bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay plenty cool since its a walk out basement. The historic Durango/Silverton tourist train passes by the house across Highway 550 2- 6 times per day depending on the season.
The home is less then a 5 minute drive to the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs, Dalton Ranch Golf Club as well PJs Market. For the cycling enthusiast, it’s located on Country Road 203, one of the best cycling routes in Durango.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
