Our home features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath. It overlooks the 9th Green of the prestigious Rio Grande Country Club golf course. Our home offers a luxury retreat for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Only 30 minutes from the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area and minutes from the steps of the Rio Grande Country Club clubhouse, our home is the perfect location for your Colorado vacation. Our beautifully decorated home has an open concept living plan with comfortable furnishings and linens, all of which contribute to its warm and inviting atmosphere.  The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large island is perfect for entertaining and gathering after all your day’s adventures. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom and TV (upper level) 2nd Bedroom - Two (2) Full beds with ensuite bathroom and TV (upper level) Our townhome’s central location provides easy access to various outdoor activities. Whether it’s golfing, skiing, mountain biking, fly-fishing the gold medal waters of the Rio Grande River, or even rafting, guests have an array of options, making our home the perfect base camp for adventure seekers. Located at the base of Wolf Creek Pass, this townhome provides ideal access to Wolf Creek Ski Area in the winter months. Properties managed by Vacation Rental Collective located in this complex have exclusive access to discounted golf privileges at the Rio Grande Golf Club. During their stay, VRC guests enjoy discounted green fees at the Rio Grande Club. Contact us with additional questions about golfing at the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course. Additionally, for an optional $25/day resort fee, guests can access the Rio Grande Club’s resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), a 12-person hot tub, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The $25/day resort fee is required to use the above facilities and gold medal fly fishing waters. When booking, advise how many days you would like the $25/day resort fee added to your reservation. Guests also have the flexibility to add this access anytime during their stay. Please note that our home is not pet-friendly. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
