Welcome to SunRays, a newly built, luxury oceanfront estate located directly on a barefoot beach with calm waters and sunset views. This magnificent new villa lacks nothing and checks just about every box imaginable for a sumptuous island vacation.
The vacation experience for our Luxury Platinum Collection villas begins with a group airport greeting by a professional chauffeur and a 28-seat mini-coach (7-day min stay). Our on-island hospitality team can coordinate the delivery of your rental vehicles to the villa in advance. The villa’s driveway has plenty of off-street and covered parking for 4-5 vehicles.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
