Please note: Perdido Sun will be undergoing an extensive restoration project. There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time as it is at the mercy of materials and the weather. Here is what to expect: • Anticipated start date is mid-October 2024 through March 2025. • Swing stages will be present around the exterior of the building. • Intermittent balcony closures. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs. • Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. (Significant noise and dust) • Limited to no parking due to storage of materials and work areas. • Brief access to unit may be required. Given the nature of work, property will only be able to provide short notice. • No amenities seem to be affected at this time. Please stay updated, changes may occur.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
