This is light and bright with high ceilings and incorporates a modern kitchen with a striking wow.factor, hidden walk-in pantry, double oven and professional coffee machine. The dining suite and stools at the benchtop provide ample seating and there is further seating for meals out on the patio. Tucked away from the social first floor on the second floor are 3 bedrooms, all fully renovated and ready to ensure a good night sleep. The master bedroom with oversized en-suite and private balcony. Two spacious queen bedrooms shares a lovely family bathroom. There is also a study, should you need to attend to work requirements. On request the TV room on the first level is turned into a lovely 4th bedroom with garden access.
