This grand and brand new apartment is located near one of Lisbon’s main avenues, "Avenida Almirante Reis", in the city center. Not only it is near the historical center with the metro station a few meters away but it is also near some local areas as "Avenida de Roma" or "Avenida Guerra Junqueiro", two residential areas in Lisbon full of commerce and life and very well served of public transports. The apartment accommodates 9 people with a lot of comfort. A great option for vacations.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
