External Living: Nestled within 560 m² of beautifully landscaped grounds, Penthe Manor House offers a private al fresco sanctuary where relaxation and social living unfold effortlessly beneath the Mediterranean sky. Internal Living: Spanning 375m² across three levels, Penthe Manor House blends historic character with effortless modern comfort. Wooden-beamed ceilings, elegant staircases and carefully selected furnishings create a warm yet refined ambience. The spacious living areas on the ground and first floor have independent internal entrances, while externally they connect via a generous balcony with a stone staircase, as well as through the ground-floor courtyard entrance.

Two twin bedrooms with single beds (0.90 × 2.00), with its own private entrance and access to the roof terrace, separated by a small sitting area. The stairs lead to the billiard area, as well as the living room and kitchen.
